What the guarantee covers

Eligible watches purchased directly from SwissTimes include a 2-year SwissTimes mechanism guarantee beginning on the date of delivery.

The guarantee is intended to cover faults arising from the internal watch movement or its mechanical operation under normal intended use, subject to inspection and the exclusions below.

What is not normally covered

• Accidental, impact or crush damage.
• Cosmetic wear, scratches or normal signs of use.
• Straps, bracelets, clasps, crystals, cases or cosmetic components unless the issue is directly linked to a confirmed covered mechanism fault.
• Water or moisture damage resulting from use outside the product’s stated resistance or from improper crown/pusher use.
• Misuse, improper handling, modification or unauthorized repair.
• Damage caused by external magnetic, chemical, thermal or environmental conditions outside normal use.

How a claim works

Contact SwissTimes with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may request photographs, video or additional information before providing return or inspection instructions.

Where a covered mechanism fault is confirmed, SwissTimes may repair or replace the product, or provide another appropriate remedy.
