Estimated delivery

For eligible orders and destinations, the estimated delivery time displayed by SwissTimes is 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are guidance rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated at checkout.

Order verification, weekends, public holidays, unusually high demand, carrier disruption, customs processing, remote destinations and circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend delivery time.

Order processing

Orders are prepared before dispatch. Processing can include payment confirmation, order verification, product checks and careful packaging. Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Please allow time after dispatch for the carrier’s first scan to appear. If your order contains more than one product, items may occasionally be dispatched separately.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact SwissTimes as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Customs, duties and local charges

Where duties, taxes or local charges are included, this will be indicated during checkout. Otherwise, charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier may remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

If a shipment appears materially delayed, contact us and we will assist using the available tracking information. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with clear photographs where possible.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check safe delivery locations, household members or building reception before contacting the carrier and SwissTimes.
