By using swisstimes.store, you agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or other customers’ use of the service.
Product information
We aim to present product names, photographs, specifications, colours and measurements accurately. Display settings, photography, production variation and supplier updates can result in minor differences. Where a material error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm how you wish to proceed.
Third-party brands
SwissTimes is an independent online store. Third-party trade marks, brand names and product references remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and description. Their use does not imply official affiliation, sponsorship or authorised retailer status unless expressly stated.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock error, pricing error, delivery restriction or other legitimate operational reason. If payment has already been captured for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Taxes, duties, shipping charges or local fees are included only where this is clearly stated before order confirmation.
Shipping, returns and guarantee
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Eligible watch movements are covered by the SwissTimes 2-Year Mechanism Guarantee according to its published terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

The SwissTimes site design, original text, graphics and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
